well i want to learn latin american spanish but rosetta stone is to expansive does any one know any cheaper spanish lesson cheaper then rosetta stone but has the same quality

Rosetta Stone offers two different types of spanish, spain and latin american. Want to know which one I should learn?

I was wondering what the major differences were between the Spanish spoken in Spain and that of Latin America, because I noticed that many language learning programs have serparate versions for each.
