Colombians are not Spanish, Mexican, or Central American!!! Colombia is located in SOUTH AMERICA, people. Although it is worthy to note that for many people “Spanish” has come to be synonymous with “hispanic” or “latino,” but technically Spanish really does just refer to people who are from Spain. And BY THE WAY, not all Spaniards are white! There’s significant Arabic ancestry in southern Spain, for example. ALSO, the terms “hispanic” and “latino” are NOT races. White, brown, black, and every shade inbetween are found in Hispanic and Latino populations. *GASP* Hispanic simply refers to someone who comes from a Spanish speaking country. Latino actually refers to those who come from countries where Romance languages are spoken, so in truth the French, Portuguese, Italians, Spaniards, Brazilians, and all Hispanics are “Latinos”. However the more commonly accept definition applies to lusophone (portuguese speaking) and hispanophone (Spanish speaking) peoples.

Neither, and it’s spelled "ColOmbian"
"Spanish", contrary to popular belief does not refer to those of Latin America, but to the people of Spain, who are White.
Colombians, along with Mexicans are considered Latinos.
However, Colombians are not considered Mexicans and Mexicans are not considered Colombians.
