european and latin american spanish?

i noticed that people in spain talk faster than latin american people. is this true?

    They don’t necessarily talk faster, but in different regions of the world, many phrases and words are different but they mean the same things. A lot of the time, you can tell where people are from simply by the words they use for things.

    If that is really true..then poor me!Because I’m going to Spain in September and I’m not that so fluent in Spanish and so that means I will have problems in communicating with the Spanish people….oh well then I got to communicate with the sign language..x)

    Personally I never met a person from America latina and Spain so I can’t answer if it is true or not.
