If you’re fluent then it shouldn’t be too difficult: "b" and "v" in Spanish sound pretty much the same, so you should blur your bs into vs.
Spanish speakers usually have a problem with the "h" (i.e. have, hold, hello), they tend to mark it a bit too much.
Another difficult sound is the "sh" (i.e. share, shame, anguish), they sometimes pronounce it as a simple "s", so basically they pronounce "shame" and "same" pretty much the same way…. no pun intended :-)
As for the grammar, try to use simple words and simple tenses, and maybe throw in a few trivial mistakes, like omitting a subject or omitting "do" in an interrogative sentence.

Why would YOU put on a Spanish accent because you are speaking to someone whose first language is Spanish?

I don’t understand your question…speak naturally. That’s what you do. It’s what we all do.

If word begins with s put and e behind the e like
    eh-Spanish, eh-speak.
Why don’t you want to speak normally?
