All Spanish speaking countries say ‘te extraño’.
In some South American countries we say also ‘te echo de menos’.
I love watching Mexican soapoperas and they say a very dramatic ‘te extraño’ all the time hehe

Te echo de menos or te extraño. This is the way we say it here and I live on a Mexican border.
Mexico = te hecho de menos.
Argentina = te extraño.
