learn spanish real fast! No seriously with my job i have come across many people with i cannot speak their language. You would be surprised how much english she understands and how much spanish you unnderstand. Gesticulation generally works well too and as the saying goes actions speak louder than words

"Hola linda. Lo siento, no hablo espanol muy bien pero hablo amor."
Be real. Be cool. Smile and learn some Spanish. Its not too hard to do, to learn some Spanish and there are a bunch of sites on line where you can do that. Just make sure you find a way to learn as much as you can in the shortest amount of time possible
