this is incorrect english, you should phrase it, " i am a troll, i have no basic language skills, and also have a huge inferiority complex", hope this helps!
You will probably run into somebody during the selling process that does not speak Spanish, so yes!
If you are illegal, no. If you are legal, the laws are written in English, and I don’t think they are written in Spanish. Yes.. you do need to know English.

Yes because the legal documents you need to file for your clients are in English. And besides you might get an English only speaking client some day.
