My neighbor gave me a bag of tomales that are in husks. She doesn't speak English and I don't know how to cook them. Should I steam them? Do they need any sauce on them?

Funny but it's true.
I excempt Mexicans to this question, because majority of them thats are illegal can't really speak proper English. And I know the prejudice of Mexicans would react harshly.
JOEANDHISGUITAR - Good point! We don't really know who are the illegals...they could be our bosses, our neighbor (might actually own a bigger house than ours), co-workers, employees (that might actually be more competent than the your legal employee)
LADIB812 - I think you have a reading comprehension problem. You do not have an arguement, so please stop your nonsensical answer. I wouldn't differ you from those people that has shallow minds. You obviously did not understand the question correctly.
I know for a fact that my neighbor is an illegal immigrant. We just finished having a conversation in my front yard, i speak pretty good spanish and i was helping it load some stuff in its car. We got to talking while we had a beer and it admitted to being illegal. Its a pretty cool mexican, we get along fine, but will i get in trouble if i dont make a report to ICE? would it be ethical to turn the other way? how do i go about reporting it to ICE is there a website or something?
1. How many major dialects are there in Mexican Spanish?
2. Is there such thing as "Standard Mexican" or "Neutral Mexican accent"? If there is, which area(estado) speaks the neutral/general Spanish?
3. Is Mexican accent totally different from Guatemalan accent(Mexico's neighbor) and Cuban accent?
Do you think this is Mexican Spanish?

I have a neighbor who is a super nice little old Mexican lady who doesn't speak English well, and I would love to tell her how much I admire her beautiful yard and garden. Thanks!
I'm pet sitting for my neighbor & they speak spanish only at home. Just curious if the dog will understand me in english.
