I am Mexican-American and I know both Spanish and English fluently.
I am going towards medicine and would ike to learn another language.
I have been considering these three: Italian, Portuguese, French
I do not know which one to choose.
Portuguese is most similar to Spanish in lexico but Italian is similar in pronunciation.
French is most known but more difficult.
I am stuck in a dilemma, pllease help! I will give lots of points to anyone that can help me.
For some reason Americans only tell mexicans to speak english but its ok for muslims, chinese, portuguese and even spaniards to speak their language. WHY????
I want to learn something new and I was wondering which language would be easier to learn?
Portuguese or Italian?
Spanish was my first language so I know it pretty well and English is my second one but I kind of want to learn to speak another language just because I know it helps out when your older as well.
Which one do you consider I should take?
Thanks!
I've always wanted to learn this
language.
I'm a native spanish speaker(I'm mexican btw)
and I can also understand a little bit of Portuguese
But I just want to know where can I go on the web to
learn how to speak French
My great grandfather was part Mexican/Spanish and my great grandmother was Portuguese/ Mexican. And I don't know how much Spanish and Portuguese I have in my blood. Can you help me answer this question, please? Oh, yea I don't know much about my father, except that he was from El Salvador.
I really want to be able to speak Spanish fluently but I don't really have the time or money to take Spanish classes. I've had a lot of Brazilian friends so I can understand some Portuguese which I know is very similar to Spanish. How can I learn to speak Spanish fluently!?
Also, how do I ask "So who is your lab partner?" in Spanish.
It seems like everyone always says that all countries in south america except Brasil (which speaks portuguese) speak spanish. Sometimes they don't even mention the Brazil part.
Why don't people know anything? (Not to sound mean or anythinggg....)
Because the last time I checked Guyana speaks English, French Guiana speaks French, and Suriname speaks Dutch.
Okay, you're right. I don't mean every single person, but I mean most.
And I don't mean people saying it as a generalization, because I'm talking about my teacher who says "Every country in South America speaks Spanish except Brazil" and puts it on a test.
