the spanish in spain is kinda weird to me, when they say their: Z’s, TH’s, or their C’s they say it with what we would call a "lisp"
Latin america spanish varies because of different slang from different countries but it sounds smoother to me especially mexican spanish
here is an ex:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JvJNGdAbvlw
The guy is from mexico and the girl is from spain
personally i like the mexican accent better=)
Frankly I wouldn’t know the difference a hispanic accent is hispanic to me. Spain, Mexico, Puerto Rican, Columbian they are all the same. Of course I do not speak fluent spanish but even if I did I would be hard pressed to identify one accent from the other.
I would prefer an accent from Spain, because I prefer accents from a language’s home country, like speaking French like someone from France, not like someone from Canada.
If learning Spanish I would go with the Mexican accent because it is more commonly found and understood.
I would have to say a Spanish accent. I love the way it flows.
I’ve got learning cd’s from Latin American Spanish and Spanish from Spain, and though they are very similar, I find I recognize the sound of Latin American Spanish (even if I don’t understand what is being said) moreso than Spanish from Spain. But, that might be because most of the Spanish I’ve heard comes from within the U.S., where I guess Latin American Spanish is more widely spoken.
if you want to sound like an aztec mexican is the way to go!
