What’s that movie called with the scene where a guy’s suddenly able to speak Spanish?

I think it's a comedy, and he's laughing while he's speaking in Spanish. I don't remember what he's saying word for word. However, I do believe that he confesses that he doesn't speak the tongue. I don't know why I want to say it's one of the Zorro movies or maybe a movie with Brendan Fraser. I hope I provided enough details to jog a movie buff's memory. Thanks, everyone.

Maybe it’s Bedazzled with Brendan Fraser and he keeps asking the devil (Elizabeth Hurley) for these things and she keeps tricking him.
