Why do the Mexican-Illegals believe they are singled out wrongly?
We are all aware that being an illegal doesn't automaticaly make you a Mexican. There are illegals from so many other countries.
The Mexican-Illegals claim that we are racist if we are Anti-illegal.
Many of us (myself included) speak out against the Mexican illegals the most frequently.
Could it be because the Mexican illegals are the only ones who are attempting to take a part of America, could it be because they are the only ones burning our flag, or telling us they hate us?
So many Pro's claim that those are a small fraction of them, that they don't speak for the majority. They also claim that the majority are uneducated and are only looking for a new life.
Who will the uneducated listen to, the educated leaders who tell them we are the enemy, or us, who tell them to leave our country?
My question is, if the Mexicans don't like being singled out, why have they done everything in their power to show that they are a special group with no concern for anyone not of their race?

Why, if they hold the rallies, demand attention, and define themselves as hating us, do they complain about the attention focused on them?

Look at how invasions have happened in the past and realize that we are actualy a young country which is vulnerable to this type of an invasion.
They are making the right steps and the parallels are glaringly obvious to other invasions in the world.

My belief in what the Mexicans are doing is based on what they say and on my view of world History.
Get educated, not on my side and not on yours, learn how settlement and migrations are accoomplished. This invasion is understandable. So is my resistance

Very well said! The majority of the illegals are Mexican and uneducated. I don’t see any other nation’s flag but the Mexican flag in those pro-amnesty demonstrations. They believe that they are entitled to be here….and leaders from their community and big organizations encourage their in-your-face attitudes. Our elected officials are spineless! They want to be so PC about everything, it’s ruining the lives of the Americans.

Do you consider all countries racist for enforcing their immigration laws or only the U.S.?? You DO realize all countries have immigration laws and all countries enforce them? You do realize Americans of ALL races are against illegal aliens?? Illegal aliens from over 100 countries were deported last year…in line with the current statistics, the largest group of illegal aliens deported comes from the largest group of illegal aliens in the U.S. That should not surprise anyone, you included.
So where does racism come into the picture? If you are only defending ONE group of illegal aliens, THAT is racist/discriminatory in itself.
Why not face the facts that illegal is illegal, no matter what country they are from. Illegal aliens from over 100 countries were deported last year.
I freely admit there are racists that are against illegal aliens, but there are racists on BOTH sides of the issue. But merely being against illegal immigration does NOT automatically make you a racist. On this site alone, reading the responses, I would estimate it’s about a 50/50 split as far as racists on both sides of the issue. But don’t make a "blanket statement" and try to claim that EVERYBODY that is an "anti" is a racist, because that is not true.
you only need to look at the first response for your answer and his claim that this is a white country only. How can anyone be that stupid to believe that this is a white only country? It isn’t about illegals being singled out it is about US citizens that are of Hispanic origin being singled out right along with them and namely by people like the first person to respond to you.
Since we mostly complain about the illegal Mexicans they think they are being singled out. However, they forget that the vast majority of the illegals are from Mexico.
They also state that if they were "white" we wouldn’t care. Bologna! I don’t care if the illegal is from England, South Africa or Peru. If they are illegal, they shouldn’t be here!
B/C they don’t want to talk about the fact that they are breaking the law. They think they should get special treatment. People come to this country from all over the world. But it is the Mexicans who come here in the greatest number and do so illegally . (not all but a great number do)

Perhaps they thought their protests would attract sympathy. If so, they were wrong. Their anti-American rhetoric elicited contempt instead.
No single nationality of illegal aliens is more or less illegal than another. Other groups do not seek such attention or demand entitlements they cannot legally claim.
Perhaps the impact of illiteracy among many illegal aliens leaves them vulnerable to the rhetoric of organizations like La Raza or MeCHa. La Raza and MeCHa could best serve the groups they represent by demanding improvements in Mexico and more educational and job opportunities there.
As for me, I don’t "hate" illegal aliens, but I do despise the choice they made to enter the US illegally or stay after a visa lapses. I applaud the legal immigrants who come here to contribute to our society as much or more as they gain from it.
I really don’t know any illegal immigrants and if I did I am sure we wouldn’t engage in any intellectual exchange regarding their feelings or thoughts about the immigration issue. So if you have this direct knowledge of illegals you should report them to the authorities. You seem to be part of the problem. I have seen immigration protests on the news, but, I don’t see any mass arrests or questioning of the protesters for documentation of their immigration status. If illegals are making the biggest fuss about immigration reform wouldn’t it make sense that they would be attending protest rallies? By the way, where are your papers?
Anti-illegals are racist because the only reason they don’t like illegals is because they don’t like the races of illegals like Chinese or Mexican or anyone who isn’t white.

They are just trying to get sympathy. They know that they are breaking laws and they do not care!! They want to change the US to accomodate them, rather than them adjusting to the American way of life like all the millions of other immigrants did when they came to the US!!

And you can’t deny it because you know that the issue has come down to "Mexican this, Mexican that. . .. . . " and it is racist.
At this point I don’t know why or care why. I think that we’ve taken enough of their crap to last a lifetime. Let’s keep urging the Federal government to pick up the slack before they destroy our nation, if not with crime, then the filth they leave in the desert. How can any group in the world justify what they are doing ? Are the pro’s going to clean up that mess in the desert? I’m still so appalled by what I just saw on video re: the trash they leave on public, private and national park lands. It is not a racist issue but a legal one for many, many legal issues.
I migrated into the US from Italy January 1st 2006.
I lived in Australia between 1996 and 2000 and let me tell you, if you think immigration laws are tough in the US, Australia will make a bitch out of you.
That said, i came here with my i90 form from the airplane. I paid the ticket and subsequently my airport taxes.
I got here and did everything by the book. I married my wife within 3 months and run straight to do all the paperwork.
Total cost, including one of the best Jewish lawyers in California: around $3000 split between my wife and i.
I went through multiple medical examinations, x-rays, and enough background checks to suspect the inside of my anus is electronically bugged.
The whole deal went on for two years, yeah: TWO YEARS.
After that i got my green card. I didn’t have a drivers license and didn’t take one by my own choice, until i had the paper in my hands that said i’m a lawful US person.
I played by the book.
Took me almost 12 months before i got a job, but i GOT IT. I pay my taxes and i enjoy ranting and complaining about politics like any other Italian-American. Not because i’m an ungrateful bitch, but because it’s just our favorite pass-time. If you have ever been to a bar in Italy and you hear people being loud, you can bet your ass they are talking about taxes or politics.
So here i am, at the top of the world. I played by the rules. And i gotta see millions who chose deliberately to step on the very rules i followed so religiously. This MAKES ME SICK.
As a migrant i feel almost as if every time i watch the news i’m being thrown a nasty, dirty and sticky handful of hypocrisy right at my face.

They can twist the story all they want, but illegal is ILLEGAL no matter what the pro’s say. America is MY HOME now, because i asked the right questions, followed the proper channels, and did everything so that in the end i am not only a rightful resident, but a RESPECTED one as well.
