I need a good old fashioned recipe for Wassail and Latin Mexican or Spanish recipe for eggnog?

    1 cup sugar
    4 cinnamon sticks
    Lemon slices
    2 cups pineapple juice
    2 cups orange juice
    6 cups claret
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    1 cup dry sherry
    Combine sugat, cinnamon sticks, 3 lemon slices and 1/2 cup water in saucepan. Bring to a boil; boil for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; strain. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan; place over low heat until hot, but do not boil. Combine cinnamon mixture and juice mixture; mix well. Add lemon slices. Serve hot. yield 20 servings.

  2. You can make Puerto Rican egg nog called Coquito.

    very easy
    1 can of cream of coconut (coco lopez)
    1 can of evaporated milk
    use same can to measure dark rum
    tablespoon of vanilla extract
    dash of nutmeg
    1 cinnanon stick

    make a few days in advance let sit in fridge so flavors meld.
    NO EGGS in this receipe!!!
