speak spanish?

I need to learn Spanish…as fluently as I possibly can…and as fast as I possibly can. not only will it help me in general, but where I work most of the people are Hispanic and are from Mexico and I would like to know what they are talking about, it sometimes gets on my nerves when I walk away and they start talking. Can anyone help me out at all, it would be much appreciated.

  1. I can help you and all and teach most fo the things you should know but sadly you’d need to find someone who could teach it to you in person so you could listen to their pronouciation but one way or another i can still help and teach you how to pronounce them by writing if you know what i mean.

    Good Luck 🙂

  3. try http://www.livemocha.com
it’s very nice website where you can learn through images and you can listen the pronunciation of what they are teaching you, in addition, you can interact with native speakers, do oral exercises with your mic, and more, all for free. good luck.

  4. Remember that a language is enveloped in culture. Learn a few basic terms of endearment to show that you are interested in the culture, thusly, the language.

    Greetings:

    C’omo estas? How are you?
    Buenas Slang for hi

    dime – tell me

dime come se dice – tell me how to say….

Quiero saber como decir…. I want to know how to say…..

Stuff to let them know that you are interested not irritated.

By the way, they should reciprocate. Teach them English in the context of their work.

    Like: This means…..

CULTURE IS THE NAME OF THE GAME. BECOME ACULTURATED AND THEY WILL TEACH YOU THE LANGUAGE. IT WORKS BOTH WAYS!

  5. Looks like you have lots of people to help you! Good luck!

If you’re looking for some learning material, try https://www.spanishpod101.com , they have free mp3 lessons every day. You can download them through iTunes, or at the site. Maybe you could download an audio lesson and go through it with one of the helpful people you’ve already found.

    Good luck!
