What's the best and quickest way to learn how to speak spanish?

Also any suggestions on how to trill the double "R" words?

  1. Most people will tell you to immerse yourself by moving or visiting a spanish speaking country.

I think you have to take it a step further, though.

Just going there and attempting to speak will not give you thorough understanding. You should take a course on basic spanish before you go and at least learn about the basics of conjugation and syntax.

That way, when you actually visit a spanish speaking country, you will not be learning wholly in an auditory situation and you will have some background to improve on!

  2. Purr like a cat, listen to tapes of Hitler. He rolls his Rs in a really exaggerrated way that’s easy to imitate. Once you’re done overcompensating, it’ll be easier to chill and just roll the Rs in a normal way. THEN, once you can roll your Rs like Hitler, you can move onto rolling them like a Spanish speaker.

  3. Put your tongue near the roof of your mouth near your teeth and roll it. It’s hard to do and I’m still learning.

As the other person stated, immerse yourself in a Spanish speaking country. If you don’t have that option then you should try to speak with Spanish speaking people in your community.

  4. The best way is practicing and watching movies in spanish.
If you don’t have anyone to practice with, you can download this program where you can chat talking and listening to others,:
