where can I find some Mexican Spanish recipes?

I want really good long ones thanks
please tell me from where they came from like the origin

  1. brown 1c white rice w/ fresh garlic. add 2c water 1/2 can tomato sauce, a palm full of chopped onion, salt, pepper and chicken boullion to taste. return to boiling. cover and simmer for 20 minutes. — Its very important to taste the broth water before covering rice
